POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Coal Run Church of Christ in Coal Run Village, Kentucky is seeking applicants for the position of Full Time Senior Minister. Responsibilities will include preaching for a Sunday morning and Sunday evening service as well as teaching Wednesday bible study sessions, home and hospital visitations, involvement in outreach activities, counseling and mentoring as needed, participating in special services and events (weddings, funerals, etc.), planning events within the church, and working with the leadership to serve the community and spread the Gospel message. The church is well positioned financially with the church building and parsonage being mortgage-free. We can offer a fair and competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with other salaries within our geographical area and with the candidate’s qualification, skills and experience level. An approximately 1500 square-foot 3-bedroom, 2 bath parsonage with a two-car carport is included in the benefits package.
