The mission of the Coal Run Church of Christ is to love God, to love others, and to magnify the name of Jesus Christ.
The vision of our church is to glorify our God and Savior, Jesus Christ, to make true disciples throughout all the nations by means of supporting many missionaries, to minister locally, to edify believers, and to do all that is sovereignly possible and biblically permissible to magnify the name of Jesus.
Leadership Team:
Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.
Trey Mouton, Minister
Trey and his wife Angie are both natives of southwest Louisiana. In 2015 they sold their home and moved to Tonawanda, NY where they served in ministry for 5 1/2 years. They have 4 children; Noah, Joshua, Caleb, and Anna, who are also very active in serving the Lord by playing instruments or singing on Sundays as well as the youth activities. Trey and Angie feel both at home and very blessed to be with the people of Coal Run.
Trey’s favorite verse of Scripture is Ephesians 3:20, “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that work in us”.
